Family Solicitor
Regional heavyweight firm looking to recruit a 1-5 PQE family solicitor to join its Sutton-Ashfield office.
More junior/senior candidates are also encouraged to apply.
The Role:
You will be required to cover all areas of Family Law but particularly:
* Divorce/Civil Partnership Dissolution
* Children Arrangements
* Financial and property issues on divorce or separation
* Pre-nuptial, separation and cohabitation agreements
* Domestic violence cases
The Candidate:
* Qualified family solicitor
* 1-5PQE (junior candidates with requisite experience will also be
considered & senior applicants also welcomed)
* Solid experience handling a caseload of family matters
* Ability to work without supervision
