Commercial Property Lawyer - Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Highly regarded law firm in Tunbridge Wells are currently looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer for their small but busy and successful commercial property team.

There is an existing caseload in place of a range of commercial property matters from sales and purchases of light commercial premises through to larger more corporate support work.  

This is a mid level position and therefore applications are welcome from qualified solicitors or legal executives with 2+ years PQE.  You will be confident managing your own caseload of commercial property work and will also be happy to be involved in some business development for the firm too.

This firm have an extremely low staff turnover and have a very friendly and relaxed, yet professional working environment.  They offer flexibility and some remote working (they offered this even before the pandemic) and really look at recruiting fee earners for the long term and provide prospects and progression opportunities as well as training and development, in order for all their staff to feel appreciated and fulfilled.
