Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal

Salary: Circa £30,000 depending on experience

Location: London Victoria

Established London law firm based close to Victoria are looking for a residential property paralegal / conveyancing assistant to join their team and deal with an interesting mix of high-end residential property work. You must be capable of doing the majority of the residential transaction although there will be supervision. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will be expected to build rapport and relationships with established and new clients and act on your own initiative. You must be flexible as there will also be some legal administrative duties.

Excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in a leading team and to develop your client skills as well as gain exposure to a wide range of property work. Ideally you will have at least 6 months’ experience as a residential property paralegal / conveyancing assistant and have an understanding of all searches and procedures. This role would suit a paralegal with a genuine interest in residential property and is looking to progress their career in a London law firm.
