A reputable law firm in Woolton is looking for an experienced RTA/Employees Liability Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of Personal injury claims. The firm has recently moved into brand new offices, It is a very exciting time to join thefirm.
Applications from qualified solicitors and experienced legal executives are very welcome.
You must be able to deal with a varied PI caseload including fast track and multi track RTA. EL/PL claims. It is essential that you have experience dealing with the file from inception to completion.
Your caseload will be roughly be 170 files, depending on the complexity of the files within your caseload.
The firm do not pay for their work and profit share on settlement resulting in a constant flow of good quality work. The firm believe in getting the best result for the claimant and maximising the value of the claim.
When a call comes in, the solicitor who picks up the call will then take ownership of the claim and will deal with it until completion.
The salary bracket is £30,000 - £40,000.
