Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working with a popular South London Council to recruit a locum Childcare Lawyer to join their busy team.
The assignment will begin on an initial 3 month contract with a view for extension. The successful Childcare Lawyer will be working remotely from home for the foreseeable future.
Our client is seeking a capable Childcare Lawyer who can hit the ground running and come on board as soon as possible to assist with an increased workload. There is no advocacy required in this role.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Care cases and pre-proceedings
- Emergency protection orders
- Exclusion orders
- Non-accidental injury
- PLO files
Our client is open to considering applications from candidates from both public and private sector backgrounds as long as there is relevant public childcare experience demonstrated. Our client is also open to considering newly qualified lawyers who have public child care experience.
On offer is a competitive hourly rate and flexible working arrangements, including a 9-day fortnight.
