Litigation Counsel - Bermuda

Our client is one of the elite offshore law firms with an exceptional reputation around the world. They have strong relationships with the leading onshore firms in London and New York and as a result are instructed on some of the largest and most complex disputes to go through the offshore jurisdictions.

The firm's Bermuda office is currently seeking an experienced Barrister or Solicitor Advocate to join it's growing litigation department. The current team acts for a wide range of clients, primarily from the insurance and financial services sectors, and is looking to add an experienced individual at Counsel level in order to meet a growing demand from its clients.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Barrister or Solicitor Advocate with substantial court room experience;
• Qualified in the UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand with 10+ years' call / PQE;
• A strong track record acting for large corporate clients, particularly those in the financial services or insurance/reinsurance sectors;
• Previous experience working offshore would be advantageous but is not required.
