This reputable Firm has been well established in the area for over 20 years, has a fantastic reputation and is now looking to appoint an ambitious Residential Conveyancer for their successful Wigan branch.

Within this Residential Conveyancer role, you will work with a handle a caseload from start to finish consisting of sale, purchase, leasehold and freehold properties, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity to name a few. There will be support in this role in the form of an experience legal secretary.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have previous experience managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload of domestic work from start to finish, ideally at least 2 - 4 year's experience as a minimum. This person must be able to multitask and prioritise their workload and any experience using case management systems would be desirable.
This Residential Conveyancer role offers a Competitive salary dependant on previous Residential Property experience.
