Our client is a leading asset management firm based in central London.
Due to an increasing work-load and acquisitions, they are now keen to hire a senior lawyer to join their legal team working closely with the Head of Legal.
Duties will include:
- Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a broad range of corporate mergers and acquisition matters including, joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals, fund raisings and investor relations.
- Assisting the Head of Legal with broader ad-hoc legal work including commercial, regulatory and tax advisory.
- Liaising regularly with senior stakeholders and instructing external counsel.
The successful candidate will be:
- Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales
- At least 5 years' PQE
- Trained at a leading UK/International law firm or well regarded In-House legal team
- Experienced with corporate M&A, private equity and corporate finance.
