Our client, a reputable Legal 500 legal practice located in Newcastle are seeking to recruit an experienced Deputy Head of Costs to join their busy department on a permanent basis.
As the Deputy Head of Costs, your workload will consist of managing a varied caseload from inception to completion as well as drafting bills, preparing budgets and negotiating settlements whilst supervising and leading junior members of the team.
The ideal Deputy Head of Costs will be a qualified costs lawyer with management or team leader experience, with proven knowledge and experience of managing a caseload with minimal supervision and supervising a team. you will also be a motivated and dedicated individual with the view to support the growth of the department.
The salary on offer is £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
