This is a fantastic opportunity for a Employment Solicitor to join a growing practice based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
This firm deal with a broad variety of Employment matters working alongside the Head of Department. This department deals with contentious and non-contentious work focussing on both claimant and respondent cases - the variety in this role makes no day ever the same. The type of work includes:

• TUPE related matters
• Settlement agreements
• Redundancies and reorganisation
• Discrimination and sexual harassment
• Mediation

This department is very busy and they are looking to recruit in line with their plans of growth. Having experience in business development is highly advantageous in a successful application for this role.
Requirements

• You will be a Employment Solicitor 5+ years PQE
• You will have experience in marketing, business development and enjoy networking
• You will have an eye for detail and be able to run your own files autonomously
