Real Estate Legal Director/Partner

This regional commercial firm in Manchester is looking to bolster the team with an experienced real estate lawyer. You may already be a Partner, or a Principal Associate/Legal Director looking to push their career forward. Ideally you will have some contacts and a network in the market already, but most importantly is a drive and appetite to business develop and help dig into local work.

The real estate team at this regional commercial law firm handles a variety of real estate matters for both a national and local client base. Due to new instructions and planned growth, they are now eager to hire an experienced real estate lawyer. You may be a Principal Associate/Legal Director who is reaching a block on progression and ultimately looking for somewhere to progress, or a Partner is keen to continue handle excellent quality work but outside of the constraints of a large national firm. You will join a highly performing collegiate firm where you can progress quickly and thrive.

As well as excellent real estate experience, an appetite for business development is key to this role. Although some work is already available, as this is a smaller firm you will play a hands on role in terms of continuing to build the profile of the team so an energy for work winning and a good track record in this regard is key. You will be well remunerated and enjoy the freedom and flexibility to develop client relationships and carve your career as you choose.
