Our client is a traditional, well-established, full service firm with a strong London and East Anglia presence. They are looking to bring in an experienced and skilled Commercial Technology Solicitor for their top tier Commercial Technology team.

The Firm:

• Ranked as a 'leading firm' by Legal 500, our Commercial / Commercial Technology work extensively with technology clients to assist in their growth and development.
• Offices located across the UK in all major cities
• The firm has a wide range of clients throughout the UK with many clients having strong international connections. We have over 150 partners and more than 800 members of staff in total.

The Role:

• Assessing and advising on intellectual property and commercial law matters as well as issues in the cleantech, life sciences and digital tech sectors.
• Working closely with highly experienced Partners and associates to tackle a varied client base and caseload.
• Working with minimal supervision in a demanding team environment whilst maintaining the highest of standards

The Candidate:

• Will ideally have 2-5 years post qualification experience from a well-regarded city, regional or national firm.
• Will be expected to take ‘ownership’ of your matters and progress these with clients and others, often without the direct involvement of a Partner (but with the necessary supervision and guidance as required).
• Will be required to participate in business development initiatives and activities, so you should have some experience of writing articles for internal and external publication, and helping to prepare materials, for marketing to commercial and technology clients.
