As a result of growth across the firm, my client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Conveyancing team based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience within a similar role managing a large volume of Conveyancing matters. Applicants should have the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload including sales and purchases (Freehold & Leasehold), Re-mortgages and Transfer of Equity files from initial instruction to post-completion.
