Global entrepreneurial established Fintech business is presently expanding their highly professional global in-house legal team, requiring an ambitious and commercial legal counsel.
Reporting directly into the Head of, you will have the level of experience to be able to work autonomously with the support of a global in-house legal team. As Group Legal Counsel you will be required to review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, IT / IP / Data protection law and regulations and support the business with any legal issues, ensuring best practice and commerciality.
A fast-paced exciting business, this role requires a hands-on dynamic lawyer who has the ability and commerciality to move fast and effectively with business need.
General commercial legal background is essential, along with ambition and long term dedication to build a solid career path within this innovative and dynamic global business. Ideally experience at an international investment firm, law firm, investment bank or Fintech company.
