Civil Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive
A multi-office law firm are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their growing litigation team based just outside Maidstone, Kent
Working closely with the Senior Partner, your role as the Litigation Solicitor will be to handle a broad and varied caseload of litigious matters including neighbour disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, contentious probate, professional negligence and other areas of civil litigation.
You must be an experienced Civil Litigation Fee Earner (ideally be a qualified Solicitor with 1yr+ PQE or FCILEx. CILEx, however non-qualified fee earners with relevant experience also encouraged to apply). You'll have good knowledge and a proven track record in handling most areas of civil litigation ranging from neighbour disputes, breach of contract, debt recovery, contentious probate, professional negligence and landlord and tenant.
On offer is a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on level of experience. Full or part-time considered for the right Civil Litigation Solicitor.
