New to Bristol.
A new entrant to the Bristol market is looking for a well-established Corporate Partner to join them on their journey as they open their new office.
Our client is a full-service firm, with offices in London and the North West, they’ve now identified South West as their next strategic expansion. The firm has a varied client base of SME’s and PLC’s, with many of the other Partners coming from a reputable City backgrounds.
They have grown organically, are very profitable and have been on a growth trajectory throughout 2020. You will need a commercial outlook, as they truly consider themselves as trusted business partners with their long-established clients.
About You
- Corporate Partner.
- Familiar with all aspects of corporate law, with a focus on M&A.
- Passionate about your clients and business you work with.
The Opportunity

- Mixed client base, start-ups, SME’s and PLC’s.

The Role
- Full spectrum of corporate and commercial contracts work.
- Work includes: start up support, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and company sale and purchases.
- You will be a well connected Corporate Partner, with numerous contacts and the ambition to be part of something new.
