Conveyancing Paralegal

A legal 500 firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to assist with supporting a solicitor on their caseload.

The Role:

The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will be supporting one of the solicitors in the team of 7 Qualified staff. You will be opening / closing files, drafting reports, land registry searches, dealing with enquiries and will be given full training where required on the more technical aspects of the process.

Requirements:

The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will possess proven administrative skills with the ability to liaise with clients both in person and by telephone, have a strong background in residential conveyancing ideally 1 year in a similar role, knowledge of online Land Registry Knowledge of Stamp Duty procedures and experience of conveyancing search portals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 years experience within Residential Conveyancing, It would be ideal if you have experience of working with a case management system as the firm operates paperless working.

Benefits:

* Salary £18,000 - £22,00
