In-House Legal Counsel, Finance

A European bank with a fantastic label and brand and an established UK presence is looking to hire a junior legal counsel as they expand their leasing business. As part of the mid-sized legal team you will provide transactional, commercial and regulatory advice across the business lines but providing particular support in relation to asset-based lending. You will identify and mitigate risk and work on new and existing financial products.

For this opportunity we are looking for a qualified lawyer with banking and finance experience from a top tier law firm. Specific asset finance or leasing experience would be a benefit.
