Banking & Finance Associate/Senior Associate 3 – 6 & 7+ years’ PQE JERSEY

Highly regarded commercial law firm based offshore requires 2 Banking & Finance lawyers – an Associate of between 3 and 6 years’ PQE and a Senior Associate of 7 or more years’ PQE to join their Jersey office. The team has extensive experience advising clients on complex, cross-border finance transactions. Clients include international companies of all sizes across all industry sectors, banks and private equity providers and the team is to be found on the legal panels of many of the world's leading financial institutions. Their expertise includes advising on transactions across a broad range of Banking and Finance matters.

The successful candidates will proactively assist in developing and expanding client relationships important to the Firm’s success, at the same time becoming a valued resource to clients. This will involve taking ownership of the development of relationships with core clients and participating in business development initiatives. Furthermore, you will provide technically sound advice and a highly responsive service to clients, and support colleagues on larger client matters.

You will also participate in the development of the practice’s know-how, share knowledge and actively participate in conferences, seminars, client presentations and internal training. Candidates will currently specialise in Banking and Finance. In addition to UK-based candidates, our client also welcomes applications from candidates with suitable experience, who are already living and working offshore.
