Paralegal

Our client, is an independent trading and logistic company, require a Paralegal to join them.  The role is based in the Dubai and will report to the General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with General Counsel as part of the group’s Company Secretariate and compliance functions.
• Support the corporate organisational needs of a boutique multinational group of companies.
• Support the Company Secretariat and compliance functions and their maintenance.
• Contribute to M&A projects and establish new legal entities.
• Review and comment on basic commercial documentation.

Experience and Skills:

• MS office user and familiar with formatting legal documents
• Familiar with company formation documents and processes
• Familiar with general corporate and commercial legal matters
• Skilled in the management of cross-border legal matters
• An excellent communicator and a good team player
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
• A self-starter with an eye for detail able to overcome challenges as they arise.
• A number of years in a similar legal support role
• Based in Dubai currently.
