A national law firm, providing high quality commercial legal advice to clients in the public, private and third sectors.
THE ROLE
The role is for a commercial property solicitor able to take on an existing caseload within the busy housing team and offers genuine promotion prospects.
There will be a particular emphasis on land acquisition and development work for clients involved in the delivery of affordable housing.
The ability also to deal with the negotiation of housing land acquisitions, golden brick agreements and development agreements would be a plus.
ABOUT YOU
With 3-8pqe, you should have experience of housing related property work acting for buyers and/or housebuilders.
An interest in social housing projects and a desire to specialise in housing work is important.
With strong communication skills you will be confident in working directly with clients and demonstrate a
practical and commercial approach.
