The role
My client is one of the largest property litigation teams in the UK and are consistently ranked highly by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. Their experienced and well-regarded team represent clients nationally in the social housing sector.
This role will see you acting for several leading Registered Providers undertaking a varied caseload including:
- Residential landlord and tenant work (service charges, s.20 and dispensation FTT claims, forfeiture, Right to Manage ).
- Commercial landlord and tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes etc)
- Development disputes including rights to light, boundary issues, joint venture disputes.
- Adverse possession claims
- Trespass and squatter actions
- Leasehold enfranchisement
About you
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate within a continually growing fast paced team. You should be a qualified solicitor with up to 5 years’ experience of property work, ideally with experience in the social housing sector.

You should be a genuine team player with a client focused approach and someone who is willing to become involved in business development activities within the team as a whole
