Ideally 5+ PQE, though happy to consider those 3+, the successful applicant will represent regional and national property developers on the acquisition, disposal and management of development sites, factories, individual estates, investment properties and retail outlets.
My client has a reputation for completing often complex matters in a timely manner with an emphasis on quality.
The successful applicant will also be apt at building and maintaining client relationships in a way that is facilitated by knowledge of the regional market.
