Litigation Executive - Boutique Litigation Firm
City of London
I am pleased to be working alongside a small but rapidly growing boutique Litigation firm as they look to expand the team for the third time this year. The firm specialises in a range of contentious matters, including financial services, competition, consumer protection, transport, sports, and entertainment. Over the past couple of years, the firm have won several high-profile cases, and their competition often comprises the top City law firms.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an up and coming law firm at an exciting stage of its development. You will gain invaluable experience across all aspects of litigation, client service, and business development. Working in a close-knit team, you will have exposure to interesting high-value work on behalf of a varied client base and will have the opportunity to progress and grow with the firm.
You will handle a varied caseload of contentious matters, including financial mis-selling claims, business interruption claims that have arisen due to Covid, overpaid SDLT claims, and more. This is an exciting and varied role and whilst it would be preferable for you to have experience in one or more of these areas, the Partner is looking for someone who has strong Civil Litigation experience who is willing to learn.
