A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to head up the Conveyancing department for a highly established Law firm based in Merseyside. There is an excellent salary on offer with a fantastic benefits package.
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with experience of working in a similar role. You will be responsible for providing legal training and supervision to the property department, managing a team of fee earners, paralegals and assistants, as well as managing a minimal caseload.
