Family Associates NQ – 2 & 3+ years’ PQE NORTH YORKSHIRE

Private practice law firm in North Yorkshire, well-regarded for the work it does in Family law is looking to recruit two Family Associates – one of 0 to 2 and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE. The successful candidates will cover all aspects of Family law, with a particular focus on dealing with family finances and proceedings involving children. You will have a good grounding in the full spectrum of Family law matters including divorce and associated financial settlements, private law children matters and cohabitation disputes. 

Qualified candidates will currently specialise in Family law. Newly-qualified candidates will be considered where they can demonstrate Family law experience gained during their training contract. Alongside the requisite technical expertise, the ideal candidates will possess excellent client management skills, strong researching and drafting ability and a commitment to maintaining up to date knowledge of Family law legislation and best practice. Experience with business development is also an advantage.
