Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Buckinghamshire

A new opportunity has arisen for a residential property solicitor join this busy Buckinghamshire practice.

You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience of managing a residential property caseload. Day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Manage an existing residential property caseload from instruction to registration
• Deal with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, right to buys, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions and transfers of equity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly high street firm and be instrumental in the further expansion of their residential property team.
