Client

You will be joining a rapidly expanding name in the tech sector, currently experiencing significant growth and expansion both in 2020 and further into 2021.

The organisation has multiple international offices, including an ever-increasing footprint across both the UK and mainland Europe.

Role

You will be a German qualified lawyer and will assume significant legal responsibilities for the German part of the business.

You will be able to perform this role remotely/from home.  Should you wish, you could also additionally spend some time working in the organisation's UK office and/or German offices.

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various day to day legal issues.  You will also be able to get involved in further international territories in addition to Germany as the organisation continues to expand and grow.

You will report directly into the Legal Director for the EMEA region and you will enjoy direct and immediate exposure to various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

You

You will be a qualified German lawyer with approximately 5-12 years' PQE/working legal experience.  You will be fluent in English and German.

You will have acquired a range of prior tech/I.T./software related experiences and will also ideally have spent some time working in-house.
