Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Experienced Litigation Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Bristol

BCL Legal are delighted to be working with a firm who are seeking a commercial litigation solicitor to join their rapidly growing team based in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a friendly and collaborative team with a view to progress their career as the firm and team progresses.

The role:
- The commercial litigation solicitor will be working with a number of different businesses across the UK from tech and software companies through to larger manufacturers.
- Majority of the work will be to work with SMEs but you can from time to time be expected to work with larger corporations.
- The role will be fairly hands on and you will be expected to have primary responsibility to manage your own cases however plenty of support will be given when needed.

About you:
- You will ideally have 2+ year PQE as a commercial litigation solicitor with a strong technical background; however the firm are very flexible and will consider candidates with less or more PQE.
- You will need to be invested into the success of the business and as the firm and team grow there will be opportunity for you to gear your career in the path you desire.
- Ideally you will need to have experience in commercial litigation but the firm will consider candidates from a professional negligence/ professional indemnity/commercial insurance background.
