My Client is a leading law firm who are award winning and Law Society accredited. Having been initially established in the 1800s they have a solid history and grounding in Yorkshire. They are an ambitious firm with high standards in terms of Client Care. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / CILEx to join their York team.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Fee Earner you will handle a varied caseload whilst providing clients with high quality commercial advice. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following files;

• Acquisitions, Disposals and leases of all Commercial Property
• Residential & Commercial Development
• Converts and title matters
• Sales and Purchases of Businesses
• Leasehold Enfranchisement
• All Ancillary head of property work such as planning and forfeiture

The Candidate
You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer and will have managed a caseload of you own. You will have excellent attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills. You will have strong commercial awareness as well as proven track record of business development as you will be expected to take an active role in Networking and business development to generate new clients and contacts as well as maintaining current relationships
