A leading national law firm is seeking a NQ IP Solicitor to join their IP team based in Manchester. This NQ IP Solicitor role is offered on a full time, permanent basis (with agile working).

The ideal NQ IP Solicitor should desire to qualify into Intellectual Property with the chance to work on both a contentious and non-contentious instructions

The NQ IP Solicitor Opportunity - as this firm's new NQ IP Solicitor you can expect to be:
· Advising on compliance with relevant law, guidance and best practice
· Training clients
· Assisting Fee Earners with IP litigation, anti-counterfeiting work and managing own cases
· Assisting with trade mark filing and prosecution work, including carrying out availability and clearance searches and assisting Fee Earners with managing trade mark portfolios for client.
· Liaising directly with clients
· Undertaking legal research and document preparation
