FAMILY SOLICITOR, 2 - 4 YEARS PQE

Family Solicitor | South West

Our client, a long established Legal 500 firm located in the South West are seeking to appoint a 2 - 4 years PQE Family Solicitor to join their department on a permanent basis.

The successful Family Solicitor will handle a workload consisting of divorce, dissolution, financial issues, pre and post nuptial agreements and private children act proceedings with limited supervision as well as supporting Partners on larger family matters, managing and growing a loyal client base and taking a lead in business development. You will also be tasked to carry out your own advocacy at Court hearings as well as briefing Counsel on complex cases.

The ideal Family Solicitor will be 2 - 4 years PQE with extensive experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

The salary for this opportunity is negotiable depending on experience with a bonus structure in place.
