Locum Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

LAW Absolute are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a Legal 500 Law Firm.  The role will begin as soon as possible and last at least 8 weeks. The firm is based in East Sussex and is easily commutable to from London.

Duties will include dealing with general aspects of residential conveyancing to include sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold transactions from initial instruction through to completion, lease extensions, plot sales, re-mortgaging  and transfers of equity.

The successful candidate will have to be available immediately and have experience within residential property.
