The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Corporate real estate work: JVs, SPAs & Acquisitions
Day to day legal work for the real estate business
About you
Candidates are expected to be qualified solicitors from reputable city law firms with a background in corporate real estate or infrastructure transactions. Furthermore applicants should be confident communicators with the ability to effectively manage internal stakeholder relationships.
