IP & Commercial Lawyer - NQ-3 years PQE

My client is seeking a junior intellectual property lawyer (September 2020 NQ to 3 years PQE) to join this forward thinking Legal 500 Yorkshire based practice as the newest member of its highly regarded IP, IT and commercial group.

This key appointment will see the incoming lawyer working alongside the senior fee earners on the protection, management and enforcement of IP rights, licensing and commercial exploitation, including drafting & negotiating commercial agreements.

To be of interest for this role you will have had good exposure to IP matters either during your training contract or since qualification; this experience having been gained at a firm recognised for its IP practice. You should be a strong communicator and enjoy dealing with clients and providing solutions.
