An international law firm is looking to recruit a PR Manager to sit within their central communications team based in London. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the PR Manager is based within the Marketing & Communications team, and provides specialist skills that support the firm’s go-to-market strategy and build the firms brand, internally and externally.

As a key member of the team you will get involved in enhancing, promoting and protecting the firm’s reputation and brand with external stakeholders. You will manage the firm’s day-to-day PR activity and play a key role in helping to develop and support a range of new media initiatives that will enhance the firm’s profile raising activities, in particular using your knowledge of media

relations, copy, and content.

Role highlights:

• Develop the firm's media strategy in conjunction with the Head of Marketing & Communications to raise, maintain and protect the firm's external profile
• Manage the relationship with the firm's external PR agency.
• Responsible for day-to-day implementation of the media relations strategy
• Deal with media enquiries, developing and maintaining relationships with target publications and journalists
• Identify opportunities in social media and other digital platforms

The successful candidate will be an established PR Manager who has gained their experience within professional services. You will have experience in running proactive media campaigns and have a proven track record in developing and running PR programmes. You will be a good communicator and have experience in influencing and engaging senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
