My Client is a UK top 100 Commercial Law firm with offices throughout the UK, They are a market leading practice with over 450 staff members and are a multi discipled law firm.

Summary

My Client are seeking technically astute and exceptional business acumen candidates to join an already award-winning construction department.

There panel appointments mean that you will have the opportunity to work on high value, complex instructions including local authorities, NHS Trusts and housing associations. The wider relationships within the construction team will also expose you to working within the wider construction industry, including developers, funders, and contractors

In addition to the requisite technical skills, you will be an ambitious self-starter who is well connected and enjoys business development activities. I am especially interested to hear from candidates motivated to progress their careers with the drive and capability to realise growth for the firm.

The candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or Paralegal (must have experience in the field)
• Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career.
• Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills
• Able to lead on transactional and advisory commercial legal work, whilst knowing when to ask for supervision
• Self-motivated and professional
