Paralegal - Residential Property - Ipswich.

A fantastic opportunity has come up within a legal 500 listed Solicitor practice who are looking to recruit a paralegal to their residential conveyancing team. 

The successful candidate for this position will be able to show experience of working as a paralegal, conveyancing assistant or legal secretary within a residential property team in their current or recent positions.

This firm enjoys a fantastic reputation in this area of law and is able to attract a steady stream of good quality and interesting work into the team from clients in the Suffolk area as well as further afield. A good proportion of the matters the team deal with is high value houses as well as residential properties within agricultural or rural land, so the workload will be varied and interesting and will allow any applicants to broaden their experience in dealing with rare and fascinating matters relating to residential property.

The firm aims to provide a high level of tailored and individual service to all clients rather than operating on a high volume model.
