5PQE + Conveyancing Solicitor / Head of Dept

JDI Legal are currently instructed on behalf of an established and well known law firm in the region who are currently recruiting for a senior conveyancing lawyer to ultimately take on the reins of their thriving reputable CQS accredited department.

The successful individual is likely to be no less than 5pqe and have a proven track record in running a full transactional caseload of sales, purchase, new build, remortgage and transfer of equity matters from instruction to post completion. The firm have a great support and case management system in place so IT literacy is essential. The work is all private.

In addition to running a caseload the appointed person will ultimately head the dept which consists of around 5-6 others and therefore some supervisory experience is needed.
