Solicitor - Commercial Property

JDI Legal have received in a brand new instruction from a long standing and established firm of solicitors with a strong high street to recruit a motivated Solicitor to join their small dedicated Commercial Team.

Based in Tyne and Wear my clients are keen to add to their small team and the successful individual will work closely with a director on a range of commercial matters to include commercial property - leases, buying and selling of local businesses etc but also litigation - landlord and tenant, disputes and some employment law - both contentious and non contentious matters.

The Partner has built up a solid reputation in relation to property transactions guiding purchasers and sellers through the whole process of buying and selling property, land and businesses. He regularly advises landlords and tenants in relation to tenancy issues.

Being a smaller business the ability to be able to deal with a range of work is key with supervision and of course, there must be a willingness to learn a new discipline. The Partners are open to a range of qualification but there must be some relevant  experience in at least one of the above mentioned disciplines.
