COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR

Exciting new opportunity for an ambitious and motivated commercial solicitor to join this thriving London law firm.

Located in the centre of London the successful commercial solicitor will work closely with the corporate and commercial team with specific focus on data protection, intellectual property matters and a wide range of commercial contracts.

Recent work has included data protection audits, drafting data protection policies and responding to DSARs, trade mark applications and intellectual property portfolio management, distribution agreements, software development agreements and general terms and conditions.

The candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to confidently market themselves and the firm, as business development and promotion of the commercial department will be a high priority.

With regards to level, this firm welcomes applications from commercial solicitors who have ideally are 4,5,6, or more years PQE. As ever with regard to level, it is always a guide and if you think you have the required skill set for this role please apply regardless of PQE.
