The Role

The firm are seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their modern office in Altrincham.

The department has one of the North West's largest property group as is recognised as 'To Tier' in the Legal 500.

You will work on a range of non-litigated matters with a variety of clients across a range of services and sectors making for an interesting and varied role.

Your caseload will include procurement strategies, preparation and negotiation of standard form, bespoke construction and engineering contracts, development agreements and collateral warranties on large development projects.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

• You will ideally be 2 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You should have a strong background in Construction law, specifically the non-contentious side.
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
