All fee earners are given full access to support staff, making sure you are always able to work efficiently. Each fee earner is individually assessed in terms of what support they need so it's not "one glove fits all". They have recently put new systems in place in a view to remain a modern firm while having been established for decades.

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Bolton.

You play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success. The department have recently had one of their busiest months, so there is large existing caseload.

They are looking for a motivated and experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to manage their own varied caseload including: buying & selling, transfer of equity, mortgages and remortgages and tenancy agreements, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.

This firm attract a range of work from high volume work to more complex matters, so you must be confident working to your own initiative, seeking out support from the Partners where necessary.

Requirements

• You will be a Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Fee Earner with at least 1 years' experience
• You will have previous experience of managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
