This thriving practice is ranked in the Legal 500 across several areas, and is seeking a Conveyancer to join their Bristol, Somerset office.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Conveyancer for their established, yet still growing team in Bristol, Somerset.

The team deal with a mix of work, a substantial amount of which is high end, bespoke London property as well as local matters. The firm has a strong reputation in Plot Sales and shared ownership.

You will join a busy growing department, dealing with sales of freehold and leaseholds, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, plot sales and lease extensions.

• You will be a Conveyancer able to handle your own caseload of residential property matters with a particular emphasis on shared ownership transactions
• You will have good academic background and be competent using IT systems such as outlook email
• You will have strong experience of running your own caseload
• Experience in shared ownership would be an advantage
• You will work as part of a highly-experienced team
• The role comes with good prospects for progression
