Property Litigation Solicitor , Southampton
A high profile chambers rated firm are now looking to add a Property Litigation solicitor to NQ-5 years PQE to join their busy team.
The role is specifically working within the social housing sector on behalf of key clients.
You will benefit from joining one of the largest property litigation teams in the country and you will have experienced colleagues to learn from.
This role will see you acting for a number of leading Registered Providers undertaking a varied caseload including:
•Residential landlord and tenant work (service charges, s.20 and dispensation FTT claims, forfeiture, Right to Manage not Housing Management work for which we have a separate team)
•Commercial landlord and tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes etc)
•Development disputes including rights to light, boundary issues, joint venture disputes.
•Adverse possession claims
•Trespass and squatter actions
•Leasehold enfranchisement
You will have trained and gained experience within a comparable team and you should have good academics. You should also be able to demonstrate drive, organisational skills and an ability to provide first class client care.
Salary is to negotiation based upon your previous experience.
