The Commercial Property Opportunity
- The social housing team is looking for a commercial property solicitor
- The Commercial Property Lawyer will take on an existing caseload within a busy housing team
- The role will involve advising clients on the full range of property matters in the social housing market but with emphasis on land acquisition and development work
- Caseload will include acquisitions and development agreements, as well as full range of commercial property work; freehold & leasehold work; property security transactions; asset management work
