Our client, who are a national law firm with offices across the UK, are seeking a talented personal injury solicitor to join their busy but supportive Personal Injury team in Edinburgh.
You will be working within a well established Personal Injury team and for a firm who are committed to equality, diversity and an inclusive environment. Your role will include a varied caseload where you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of litigated and pre-litigated and/or complex personal injury matters, as well as contributing to the future growth and development of the office.
To be considered for this personal injury solicitor opportunity you will ideally have at least 3 years' PQE and have gained exposure to handling a wide range of personal injury claims including RTA and non-motor related injury claims. Advocacy experience and familiarity with Simple Procedure, Summary Cause, Ordinary Cause, All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court (ASPIC), or Court of Session procedure would also be highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be a driven and proactive individual who has a team approach. The firm will offer excellent ongoing training and progression as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
