Insolvency Solicitor, Leeds

Due to continued strategic growth and high client demand this firm are looking for an experienced insolvency litigator to join their highly regarded insolvency and disputes team. You will be a solicitor with experience of handling a range of contentious insolvency related matters acting for IPs creditors and owners of insolvent/potentially insolvent businesses.

It is expected you will have excellent knowledge and understanding of insolvency related legislation and recent case law. Candidates with more than two years experience are preferred.
