The Role

A new vacancy has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join this flourishing Top 100 firm in Exeter, Devon.

The Residential Property department is a core focus of the business.

You will be working on sales and purchases of properties, primarily in prime central London.

This opportunity will have you dealing with a bespoke Conveyancing caseload; you will deal with high-value transactions, often for Ultra HNW individuals, both the UK and international, and include investors, developers, and financial institutions alike.

The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity, etc.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least three years PQE (no there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have strong experience of dealing with either HNW local clients (if you're currently locally based) or, have experience working on prime central London property.
• You will have excellent technical knowledge
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience.
