This boutique family practice has an exceptional reputation for the quality of its work and now seeks a Court of Protection Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE for a maternity cover role.
The successful candidate will work closely with a respected and legal directories recommended partner, and enjoy involvement in primarily contentious Court of Protection work, but also may assist on matrimonial finance and contentious trusts matters (if appropriate / desired).
The contract will initially run for 6-9 months and there is the option to work full- or part-time.
